Hallmark Auctions is located in Webster Groves, Missouri which is a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. We have two satellite offices in Naples and Miami, Florida. We host appraisal events on a regular schedule in these three cities. Our team has been in the Fine Jewelry and Watches, Antiques and Fine  and Decorative Arts  business for over 40 years, as antique and retail store owners, art gallery owners, personal property, fine art and jewelry appraisers, auction house consultants, educators, curators and interior designers and business owners. Moving into the business of an auction house has been a natural progression of the way these items are now bought and sold throughout the world.

Our auctions feature curated collections of fine, vintage and estate jewelry, sterling silver, couture, luxury handbags and accessories, fine and decorative arts and memorabilia. We seek to represent the best and finest items in each of the categories that we represent. We also offer appraisals for insurance, estate and donation purposes using the USPAP standards.

We are a family owned and operated company and we are able to provide our customers and clients with an approachable , customized and personal touch. We are adaptable and can tailor our services to the needs of each client.

We bring together buyers and sellers of fine jewelry, fine and decorative arts, we offer a customizable, boutique approach towards estate liquidation, consignment and valuation services.

Mike has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia. His expertise lies in sales, marketing, management, and administration. He has over 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner in the areas of home health care and the beverage industry, business brokerage, real estate management & development, retail,  and operations.

Maria C Gianino

Managing Partner

Fine Jewelry, Luxury Handbags & Silver Specialist  | Appraiser | Business Development

Maria Gianino has been buying and selling 18th, 19th and 20th Century Antique, Estate, Artisan, and Fine Jewelry for over 40 years. She has owned an Art Gallery and Antique Retail Store in St. Louis, Missouri as well as participated in national jewelry shows in New York and Miami. She has been trained as a Personal Property Appraiser for Estate, Charitable Donation, Divorce and Insurance and is USPAP compliant. (Universal Standards Principals and Practices) Maria is a member of the International Society of Appraisers and the National Society of Jewelry Appraisers. She has worked as an auction house fine jewelry specialist and has owned and independent personal property appraisal firm www.legacy-appraisals.com for over 15 years.

She holds GIA, Gemological Institute of America specialist certifications in Diamonds, Colored Stones and Pearls. She has completed additional appraisal coursework from New York University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Marketing, from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
